I wish I had discovered BJJ in my 20s. Had I known how it would change my life, I would have started so much sooner. I sat on the bench and watched Liam for 2.5 years before getting brave enough to try it. Now I’m hooked. I’m covered in bruises from it, and I’m sore just about everyday, but I keep going back. Fun Fact: I talk and/or laugh almost the whole time I’m rolling. ? That’s 50 percent my personality and 50 percent I have no idea what I’m doing so I need to talk through it. Everyone is really patient with me lol. Step out of your comfort zone and try something new! It’s so rewarding.
